"The property was perfect for our family."

"So clean inside! The living room was comfortable. We parked at Joes parking lot and was 40 for overnight. The outside downtown area is usually busy but the inside of the building felt safe. Was able to access the rooftop easily. Had an overall nice stay."

"This apartment was everything we needed it to be. If you are used to the city life inherent to Los Angeles, this apartment is great. The owner is incredibly responsive, The apartment is very convenient to shopping and to exploring Japantown (Sawtelle) by foot, and is convenient to West Los Angeles and Santa Monica and the environs by car. The owners provide a parking space though on street parking is available as well. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom and showers. Air conditioning worked...

"Great location and can’t beat the free parking in DTLA. Host was very nice, and got back to us asap when we had to fix an error at check in. Would recommend :)"

"Great place! Easy check in, clean!"

"I should have read the previous reviews, would have saved us a HUGE headache with trying to find another place to stay. "Host" does not give any info to actually stay at propery. Never answered calls or messages. Had to get VRBO involved so the host would finally contact me. Said they'd call me back in 5 minutes acting like they had no clue about this booking and was confused as to which property. Never called back and continued to ignore calls and messages. "Management let us know well in advance that the property we rented had a water issue. They moved us to another property next door that was similar but better too. Great views, all amenities, and constant checked on us to make sure things were okay. We did have a clogged sink and they were out there quickly to resolve the issue. I was a bit skeptical at first due to some of the reviews but management went above and beyond to make sure our trip was successful."

"Apartment was wonderful. Loved the rooftop pool!"

"We were so happy with this home. It provided the perfect environment for our stay - clean, safe and a fabulous location. The roof deck was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The hosts communicated quickly and responsibly with any questions posed. I highly recommend this home!"
