Exceptional property. If I could give them six stars, I would do it. The property is beautiful and very well located near to several attractions. But what makes this place truly special is its staff. They know how to make their guests feel welcome. I had a terrible day returning from Venice, where my passport was stolen, and our speed train was delayed by 4 hours. I missed my birthday dinner reservation I had made weeks in advance at their Ambrosia Restaurant. The staff was empathetic and...

The hotel was very clean, modern and located in a convenient location (walking distance) to most major sites. The front desk, breakfast room and cleaning staff were personable, attentive and incredibly helpful.

This is a very good choice for travellers who prefer the quieter side of Rome, slightly far from the hustle and bustle of city centre, yet within one bus line from it. It is an excellent choice for those who have specific interests in the neighbourhoods and activities along via Cassia.
We stayed at Ianus's to be close to family living in Rome, and found there a comfortable room, solicitous and caring staff and management who provided us with plenty of information and advice.

A great location, beautiful quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to Rome’s must see attractions, Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
I loved the hotel’s mid century decor, the staff very friendly and helpful.

We arrived in Rome at this incredibly quaint renovated hotel friendly staff, they upgraded our room to a slightly bigger room. Conveniently located close to great restaurants Trevi fountain Palladium, Bus stop in front of the hotel. Very convenient that’s all we took. Rooftop terrace was incredible breakfast was delicious and abundant, staff was incredible. highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed there for just one night, but we had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, it was very clean and the breakfast was great. Excellent proximity to the train station and walking distance to excellent restaurants and the Colesseum. We would stay there again!

We found this hotel in Testaccio looking to stay a little outside the touristy area of Rome. We couldn’t have been happier. The hotel was 5 metro stops from the train station if you take the express train from the airport. But consider taking the regional train 8 stops and walking. The location is more residential but situated amongst many restaurants, shops and a great market next door.
The hotel is a second floor with an elevator if needed. Breakfast options are available but we didn’t...

Beautiful, charming and amazing hotel. It is practically a mansion with 16 rooms surrounded by gardens that you can seat and have coffee and wine. The rooms are unique – each one is different with artistic touches. The breakfast place is in the garden with windows all around so you can see the garden while you are having breakfast. The breakfast is fresh every day and it includes Cappuccino, fresh fruits and all kind of healthy food. The place looks and feels better than the pictures on the web...

The property is beautiful. A centuries old convent with a lovely garden for afternoon coffee or cocktail. The room was lovely and breakfast wonderful. The hotel is in a very nice neighborhood in Rome that I highly recommend. We will stay here again the next time we are in Rome!!
