The front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff were all exceptionally kind, polite and efficient. We loved the Hotel and the vibe. The breakfast was delish & presented lovely, and the coffee was so good!! We have 2 comments : 1)the hide a bed mattress was horrible, thin with no support. In general : Very Good ,The location is well placed (licor store by walking distance (2mins) and Randolph food stores are nearby using car 5mins. The room we had (425) had a carpet to be washed and a hole of cigarette to fix.(even so it is non-smoking room)... but was not smelling smoke. The breakfast is excellent and staff was kind. Free self parking ! I would return anytime,
