"The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that could be improved on was the selection at breakfast. Very limited offerings but my husband did say the coffee was good!"

"Both myself and my husband enjoyed our stay at Wyndham hotel in Niagara Falls. The staff were amazing, the hotel is so clean and the staff were very helpful. Our only complaint was the room that they put us in was room 232. Because of the air conditioning pipes and everything else to keep the rooms under care, was horrific. Unless the sun was shining, we had to keep the lights on all day. The only thing we could see outside the window were pipes, pipes, pipes. Both myself and my husband are senior people and we both wear glasses, we both were struggling trying to read papers during the day because of all the pipes hiding the daytime view. Both myself and my husband are not the type of people to complain but, we both feel that the hotel should have moved us to another room or should have given us back half the money that it cost us to pay for the room. We both have said that we shall recommend our family and our friends to stay at that hotel, but to ask them not to put them in a room that they put us in. Other than that, we both would like to thank Wyndham for their beautiful hotel, workers, and the clean rooms."

"The pool would have been more enjoyable had it been deeper than 3 feet. Also the pool area wasn’t monitored by staff. Had it been they may have noticed the Americans using extensive foul language, seemingly oblivious to all of the kids around. Other than that I’d give the hotel a 5. Great location to walk or bus to all of the amenities."

"We had a King room with views of the American Falls. The room was nice a big with a nice, big window. The only criticism I have is the $35 parking fee. It’s excessive considering all the lots nearby are $10."
