« This is our second stay with Leslie. She is very responsive! We loved our stay in this wonderful little cottage. It was rustic, to be sure, but exactly how we like it. It is very comfortable and if issues pop-up, Leslie I responding in minutes. The bed is very comfortable and the space is just right for 2-3 people. The kitchen has all that we needed. We will hope for a return to this wonderful little cabin! »

« Two four-legged hosts, Bella and Sammy escorted us to Bird Camp which was warm and welcoming when we arrived! They stayed a bit to make sure we felt at home. This was one of the quietest and most peaceful locations we have stayed at. After a day of skiing, we enjoyed relaxing in the sentou - custom built Japanese bath house. What a treat and felt like I was back in Japan - natsukashii! On our last day, we joined a few other guests for breakfast with the host. This totally made our stay as we got...

« This spot was ideal for us. Beauty, privacy, quiet, comfort. We used it as a base camp for exploring the Adirondacks. Felt remote but nearby North Creek had everything we needed. We had glorious weather and were outside most of the time, but the cabin was big enough for reading and playing games if we had needed to be inside more. »

« J’hésitais avec des choix de geande chaine d’hotels a proximité… pour un meulleur prix, quelle belle découverte!! Très très propre, très confortable, salle de bain avec serviettes en quantité, chauffage/climatisation efficace, plafonds hauts, literie de qualité, on m’a offert un stationnement à proximité puisque ma voiture trainait aussi une roulotte, café meme apres l’heure du déjeuner, ils ont offert chocolat chaud aux enfants à notre arrivée, plafonds hauts, salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée...

« The Lakeside Apartment was the perfect place for our family during our December ski vacation! It is pet-friendly with an efficient layout, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with radiant heated flooring, comfortable beds and thoughtful accoutrements. There was plenty of parking, and the location was perfect for dog walks and runs near the lake. The property manager was quite responsive and very friendly. We would be happy to stay here again! »

« Nous n’avons pas pu venir suite à des intempéries (tempête de neige dangereuse) mais l’hôtel a été très compréhensif et très rapide en réponse à notre annulation. Nous avons été remboursé sans aucun problème car nous avions prévenu la veille. Si nous avons à reprogrammer un séjour à lake placid nous ferons appel à eux sans hésiter. »

"À notre arrivée , il aura fallu 40 minutes d’attente dans une certaine panique, pour avoir le bon code pour entrer dans la chambre . On nous a texté le mauvais code et puisqu’il n’y a personne sur place , le seul point de contact est un répondeur avec une boîte vocale pleine ou un cell pour envoyer un texto . Ce que nous avons fait . Mais il aura fallu 40 minutes pour se faire répondre . J’ai trouvé ce temps d’attente très angoissant. Ce n’est pas agréable de se retrouver avec cet enjeu sans savoir si on aura accès à la chambre ou s’il faut commencer à chercher un autre endroit! Mis à part ce moment pénible , l’endroit est parfait ! "
