"The place smelled of chemicals like they’re trying to hide odor. One of the pillows was dirty. I was told I could check in early if room was available. When I got there they wanted to extort $75 more for early Check in. The front desk clerk was very rude. When I made reservation they immediately used card on file without confirming it was ok. Basically stuck with the dump. I’d give the whole experience a minus star but that doesn’t exist. "

"The staff was great and very attentive. Rooms were nice. One of my complaints was the hot water situation. We were on the 5th floor and we had to allow the water to run for almost 10 mins to get hot and even then it wasn’t as hot as I’m used to at hotels. They say there’s hotel parking, but they really shouldn’t advertise parking because the staff at the front desk told us there were only 7 spots. Really? The hotel has 7 floors. The hotel is in their Chinatown area and getting around in our vehicle was brutal at best. We had to park down the street at another large hotel with underground parking, but had to pay $45.00 per 24 hr period for our GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali pickup truck. It would’ve been $40 if we had brought our car. DON’T BRING A PICKUP TRUCK THERE! Breakfast was awesome and clean! There were lots of restaurants, amenities and public modes of transportation around, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Too much aggravation and fingernail biting while driving. "

"Cannot recommend this property. All elevators were not functioning. Many stairs to reach the room in the first floor from the parking lot and to reach the lobby from inside the hotel. Bathroom had very limited counter space around the sink. Mattress was lumpy and needs to be replaced. Staff were nice and hot breakfast included was good. Old building needs updating."
