The area is great, quiet and safe. Many stores and good restaurants near the hotel. As well as the high line is just two blocks away, but unfortunately, the hotel is under renovation and there were NO lounge areas, and when staying in such tiny rooms those are certainly needed. Also, the mattresses were horrible.

Be aware of BED BUGS. I was trying to be frugal, now I have to spend so much time and money trying to get rid of the bed bugs I brought back home from this place. Construction going on in the hotel.

Why didn’t I check the reviews…. They’re doing renovations. And there is NO BALLROOM, NO PATIO, NO BAR, NO SERVICES! This is in May 2023, and I think it’ll be another 6months at least.
