Extremely friendly check-in person! Took me no time to check into my room. Super convenient location - close to bus terminal, Times Square, etc. The room is great for a budget hotel like this one - the only thing that could be improved is temp control in the room, and temp of water in the shower (couldn’t quite get them hot) - but for one night this was perfect.

It’s a very good hotel for holiday. Located in the heart of the City. The staff is very helpful.
