Great location between Lincoln Center and the Theatre district. Short walk to many subway lines. Our only complaint was the outdated mattress! It was old, wobbly, and you could feel the wire frame and springs.

my client was very disappointed said in person it was awful. The room was so bad she wouldn't even sleep in the bed and stayed sleeping on the chair that was in the room.

Very old, A/C functions poorly, beds old and uncomfortable (matress must be 20 years old). Nothing nice about this place

The room assigned to me and the pictures online are two different things the mattress is a cheap one. The room l stayed does not worth the price paid. The location is unique, walkable to stores. Front desk guy was not customer friendly at all.

The elevator was slow and when we took the stairs it looked like it was used for storage. Ladders, painting trays and rollers, roll away beds and a big garbage bag was on the stairway. If a fire did break out good luck making it down the stairs with all the crap in the way. Also the room wasn’t very clean. The chair was covered in stains so I had to use an extra blanket to cover it. Also when I got into the room the one window in the room was wide open but the blinds were closed. I had my 8 year old daughter with me. So that wasn’t safe to walk into either.

Nice location. The hotel could do with an update, some of the furnishings are quirky. But there was a comfy bed and a clean shower, so it did the trick. One thing to note-there was no coffeemaking in the room, so we had to go out to pick up--could install in the lobby? Staff were great.

Was quite small, and a little hard to find but was a lovely hotel with pleasant staff. We enjoyed our trip. No parking . Learn city transportation very quickly, many options.
