Conditions of the property weren’t what I would expect from a Crown Plaza. The room was dated, carpet was coming up, shower had what appeared to be paint on the tile. It did the job, which was a quick overnight stay.

Good- Friendly staff. And fairly clean room. Bad- the pillow covers smelled dirty. And the airport shuttle that’s supposed to run every 30mins took almost an hour to pick us up from JFK airport. We had to call twice.

You hear EVERYTHING I’m the hallways, next room, outside, ect.. other people letting their doors SLAM ALL NIGHT long is just pathetic!!!! If it wasn’t for hearing EVERYTHING, I’d stay hear again.
