After a cancelled international flight, we need somewhere to stay and spend the next 24 hours. The hotel was very clean, all the staff was so friendly, and the location was so close to the subway and food options. Would definitely stay again!

Location and affordability was good for what we needed. Room was a tight but wasn't there to spend time in the room. Staff was very friendly.

Poor condition with horrible housekeeping
First the room wasn’t available for an hour after “guaranteed check in” time. Second, we get to the room and there is a huge yellow stain on the carpet on the floor near the bed, and there is hair in the toilet. Then we see someone’s smelly socks in the closet. When we get to the room late at night the electronic lock on the door doesn’t work. We booked a room with a sofa bed. The pull out sofa bed is rock hard - not suitable for sleeping. Never staying there again
