Très propre !!! Personnel sympathique!! L’hôtel est calme, les lits sont confortables et l’emplacement est super. À disposition sèche cheveux, fer à repasser. Shampoing, après-shampoing et gel douche à disposition. Pas de pomme de douche mais ce n’est pas dérangeant. Ménage effectué tous les jours ! Je vous le recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons, merci 😊

Pas de bar ni de restaurant disponible dans l’hotel. On ne nous prévient pas. Chauffage ne fonctionne pas, seulement de l’air froid. Nous avions une chambre sky view king, les fenêtres étaient dégueulasses et rayées. Pour finir, la nuit était à 481$ et je viens de voir qu’on m’a facturé 656$.

Taking a look into this, it appears that we did our best to ensure a great stay by putting you in our highest floor King Sky on the popular side, but we do apologize that it was not to your liking. Regarding the renovations and restaurant closure, we have ensured to place this information on our direct website starting in December and communicated with the third parties to relay to our guests, as well as notifying guests upon arrival. We're in a great food hotspot so our team is always happy to help provide some nearby options! As far as the final cost of your stay, the 100 security deposit will return to your account, I can confirm you were settled for 556.27, please kindly note that valet charge of 75 (added to 481, gives the total). If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out we are more than happy to help! We hope you will give us another chance in the future, our renovations will be complete very soon!

I was super exciting to booked this room, but when I’ve arrived I was a bit disappointed by the size of the room. I mean, I traveled a lot around the world and for this price, I paid 800€ for a night, I expected definitely more. Tiny bathroom, not even a cellar for your clothes. What I understood is that you pay for the view and the location. Good service from the staff who were super nice.

Arlo Nomad est un très bel hôtel, parfaitement bien implanté (proche de grand central et des endroits à visiter comme empire state building, rockfeller, Time square, etc). Tout peut se faire à pieds! De plus, le personnel est très avenant et les chambres sont belles!!!

L'hotel très bien situé avec la vue sur la ville
Notre voyage a été trop bien. L'hôtel correspond à nos attentes. Juste deux remarques concernant les petits déjeuners et les environs de l'hôtel. Nous sommes restés 9 jours et nous avons mangé tous les matins la même chose. Parcontre, au niveau des boissons, de l'eau et du café rien n'a été prévu pour nos filles qui ne boivent pas de café. Pas de jus de fruits comme indiqué dans la présentation. Concernant l'extérieur de l'hôtel (la rue) pas très safe en rentrant tard..des sdf et des gens bizarres

Parfait
J’ai passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel dans une chambre « vue sur le ciel » pour fêter mes 24 ans à NY. La chambre était parfaite, jolie vue d’angle. L’hôtel est calme, très bien situé! Le personnel était très agréable! Je recommande et si je reviens à NY un jour, je choisirai encore cet hôtel ! :)

Chambre très confortable et propre. Petite mais c est New York .minuscule frigo mais pour 2 ça allait. Une petite table et des chaises auraient été pratique Sécuritaire besoin clé pour monter à l étage. Personnel très serviable. Vue incroyable sur la terrasse sur le toit. A distance de marche de tout. Arrêt de bus Big Bus au coin de la rue. 2-3 coins de rue de l Empire State Building. Un peu cher mais c est New York. J y retournerais sans problème

Dès notre arrivée, le service de valet a été extrêmement apprécié. Nous n’avons pas eu à chercher de stationnement près de l’emplacement, puisque l’hotel se chargeait de tout. Le personnel était très accueillant et très courtois. Toutes nos questions furent facilement répondues par le personnel. Nous étions au 7e étage, et n’avons jamais été dérangé par du bruit. La chambre était extrêmement propre. Malgré que la chambre était petite (exactement tel que mentionné dans la description par l’hotel), tout était facile d’accès, avec du rangement, un bonne grandeur de douche. Le confort du lit était adéquat, mais sans plus. Nous avons réussi à bien dormir! L’emplacement était parfait pour nous, avec des restaurants à déjeuner tout près, parcs, un peu de tout. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour dans cet hotel, qui fût encore mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions!

The view was exceptional. We were at the 25th floor and we were seeing a lot of the NYC skyline, Empire State Building included. I didnt like the "open" washroom door though... not much privacy let's say!!!

Wonderful hotel. Staff was great, nice lady at the front desk knew we wanted a good view so she changed our room on our second day when one at the top was available. The area is within walking distance to koreatown and all the shops, which was very convenient. My sister and I had a great birthday stay

No hot water, no coffee - very reduced offerings, probably because of the tiny rooms. Make sure your luggage is small. You cannot easily open a normal sized suitcase.

Unfortunately the room we received was not up to standard, things were falling apart and the view was terrible. Staff are nice and will make sure they help you as much as they can. For the price we paid, could have got a better room. Close to a lot of stuff in midtown and has quite a few choices of transport around town but that's where it ends with the good stuff.

It smells so nice in the lobby. The room was small but clean and with nice views. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.
