I stayed one night. Not my typical class of hotel. But wowww the bed and pillows were amazing. AMAZING. kind of sad clientele but the rooms are very clean, generic but fine, and you will get terrific sleep here.

The only thing I did not like is the rate they gave me on Monday September 2nd I believe the rate after taxes was 167. Not bad for NYC on a Monday. However, Tuesday came and they almost doubled the rate to where I think I paid 348 after taxes I didn’t stay the following night however I was going to stay more than one night after they raise the rate like that. 348 should have been a weekend rate for Saturday or Friday night not a Tuesday. And there was no other reason then something about a hotel strike in the news that was it. For that I am not impressed in my opinion it was price gouging the following days hotel rates knowing some people will be forced to pay that.

A well branded hotel but it is let down by the room size and the noise from the bar next door. This is not that staff fault but purely the idea that the hotel is positioned in a popular area. It isn't really as high in rating as described based on the location and the rooms are just a squeeze
