- Slow service sometimes: Food staff doubles as front desk reception - Gym water fountain did not work - Tub drain was clogged when i got in (they did fix it) - Bistro menu is difficult to read. Confusing to read. - 1 of 2 elevators was out of service - Hard to change temp of room - Wallpaper in bathroom looks like it was patching a hole and is starting to peel - shower curtain should be longer - hot food from bistro had bits that were cold (partly cold meat balls) - staff seems to be doing their best

Location here is perfect. Few blocks from Central Park and Time Square. We didn’t eat on property. Lobby is small and nothing fancy but staff was kind and helpful. We’d be back specifically for the location.

A good stay. Reception staff were friendly and polite. The room was beautifully serviced and cleaned during the week but it over the weekend the service was not as good. Sewage was a problem with drainage on the higher floor. The hotel did resolve the problem but did not check with us everything was okay nor did they offer any compensation or even an acknowledgement for of the mess the toilet caused in our room until I formally complained after checkout on the advice of the reception staff. Location was good and the hotel felt safe.

Front desk personnel not very attentive with their guests. Waiting way too long to get our room. Small refrigerator in room didn't work very well and upon inspection the back grate/grill was extremely dirty along with the motor, compressor and fan. Not sure we'll be staying here again as this was our second time and loved the first.
