The kitchen/living room area was very spacious. We did have to figuring out the light switches -- but that's all fun with a new house. We were very grateful for both the central air and heat. Super clean and inviting with a lot to do in the area that included everything you will need during your stay. It's located in a quiet little town of Nemo that reminded me of a little settlers town. Quick access down a dirt road to the main highway that goes between all of the sites. There was a little store, restaurant and bars within a very short walk from this property as well. We had a blast at a very reasonable horseback riding place (non-commercial) with very nice people just a short walk down the road. There are 100's of ATV trails right from the property which is why we came to Nemo. This property provided us with a great place to stay, comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen. We could walk to the Branding Iron restaurant, the General Store, and the gas station. We were conveniently located close to Spearfish, Sturgis, Hill City, Key Stone and Custer State Park.
