« The elevator was scary. It makes grinding noises when coming to a stop. When I reported this no one got back to me. We took the stairs twice the noise was so obvious and we are in our seventies. On another note; when we couldn't find a medication on checkout day, I called the front desk suspecting someone may have entered our room when we were gone all day, asking for security.
