« This unit exceeded expectations. Well designed, kind host, spacious unit. Basic towels and toiletries provided as well as a few beach towels. Immaculate view of Isla Verde Beach. Conveniently located next-door to the Fairmount ESJ hotel. Which has multiple restaurants and a casino. Easy access to the beach , loungers and umbrellas provided with a fee. Overall great experience perfect for family vacation to explore San Juan. We will definitely use this property again! »

« We were in apt #2 of Casa Pelayo Cleanliness: The shower hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. It had hair and dirt. We contacted management who apologized and said cleaning would come the next day. They didn't. The floors, of course, got progressively dirty throughout our 4 day trip but there was no broom and "extra cleaning" would have come with a fee so we ended up wearing shoes inside. Towels were never changed....for a four-day. False description: Speaking of towels, there were no beach...
