I stayed here for a week with two friends and it was the perfect spot for a vacation. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very nice pool which was very comfortable to swim in. The house is very clean and has lots of windows with a great view of the sunset. Quiet, safe street and lots of outdoor living area which is screened in. Will stay here again the next time I'm in Naples.

Pros- Great location with close proximity to beaches, great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable accommodation with nice spa and pool. Cons - Pool is solar heated and does not get warm enough to use even with 5 days of 85+ degrees in April... may be fine in the dead of summer but not very useable in the spring.

Thanks to Gina for making our stay so terrific. We had our children and spouses together for a family wedding. The house was perfect for hanging out and sharing time together. Comfortable and easy are the best two words to describe it. Two thumbs up.

Exactly what you expect for a place in the Naples/Bonita Springs area. Unfortunately we couldn't stay as long as we wanted but the short stay was excellent. We enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, ping pong table, large lawn next to the home and access to the small dock and water. Inside the home was wonderful as well. Clean, spacious, updated where it needed to be. The block was very cute and very private. Hard to believe we were as close as we were to the busy Rt. 41. We will be back and we hope we can stay longer.

The house provided a good range of amenities to be used for our stay which was great and appreciated. The house and set up was beautiful as well as comfortable. The pool was too cold for us to use and we found out on arrival that we had to pay to use the hot tub per day (for electricity) so we did not end up using it - but had a nice time relaxing on the porch and fishing from the dock. The owner was very helpful and reached out to see if there was anything we needed during our stay. Would love to rent again in the future - it was a perfect size for the 3 of us.

Generally speaking, the location is great and close to beaches and shopping. North Naples is a great place to stay. This was our first time rent of the «Casa de Coco». The photos on the website look very inviting. From our point of view, the price-performance ratio was not satisfactory. We chose this house mainly for its location and the hot tub. However, the hot tub could only be used during the last three days of our twelve-day stay due to a broken spa heater. The pool looked a bit cloudy upon our arrival. The owner assured us that someone would come to clean it, but that the water was fine and had already been treated, so we could use it. One of the showers couldn’t be used for two days as only cold water came out. The plumber spent a couple of hours trying to fix it. He made a great effort, but afterward, it was not possible to control the water heat, only hot water came out. The plumber had to come again and fix it. The pool deck was not really clean, walking barefoot around the pool left our feet with a greyish tint. When sitting on the veranda, the noise oft he nearby US 41 was a little disturbing. All in all, the cleanliness oft he house left something to be desired.

My family &I were looking for a home close to our favorite beach Vanderbilt and all the yummy restaurants in Naples. WOW! This house is located next to everything. My kids spent all day in the pool and spa and it was great we could watch them from the home. We also used the boat dock to kayak that was lots of fun. The house was very clean and had comfortable furniture and new linens and towels. Absolutely will book this property for out next return visit to Naples. Thank you Gina for quickly responding to all of our questions you were so available and helpful.

Communication with the owner was great. We had asked if we could check in a little earlier, just to drop off some of our stuff. She said it was not a problem. Location of the house was great, North end of Naples. We walked in and the house was a bit dirty. But then we saw the cleaner arrive and said they were late that day due to an emergency. We quickly unloaded a few things and got out of their way. We came back at check in time and they were still cleaning. We did our best to stay out of their way so they could finish. When they left, things were still in the dryer and washing machine. I told the owner so she knows that I would fold everything but will leave it there so they can put the rest of the stuff away after we left. The owner was great and said we could check out later, which ended working out since our kids like to sleep in. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table. We had some great family time. Thank you again.

My family and I stayed at this home the last week in January 2024. The home was well kept with newer appliances and enough space for the 6 of us for a week. We have 4 children ages 7-15. There was something for everyone in this home, so much so that we spent a lot of time there just making memories together! The heated pool and hot tub we a favorite! The ping pong table was a family favorite for the evenings. I was able to do laundry there and we were able to have family sit down meals frequently. We were minutes away from a Publix grocery store and Walmart (and McDonalds). This was very convenient! U turns are legal (and expected) on the nearby highway which is a change from Wisconsin driving so that was different for us in getting around. There is a quint souvenir shop at the end of the road owned by the nicest man that I highly recommend visiting! We got a lot of nice Naples memorabilia there. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is on a street that overlooks a canal and has a pier. Hurricane Ian was the topic of a lot of locals there yet and we heard many stories of damage and rebuiliding. The neighbors always waved when we went by. We spent our days visiting beaches. We were up early shelling. The house is close to numerous beaches. We visited 4 different beaches while we were there. Wiggins was the family favorite and was 10 min away. The owners were easy to communicate with and we were able to check in early without issue. Highly recommend this home!!

We stayed for a week in June for our honeymoon and were very happy with this property! Gina was very easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. The house was nicely decorated and had all the basic needs and then some! The kitchen was nicely stocked with spices and dish ware. The only suggestion I would give here would be maybe 1 or 2 smaller skillets to cook with. We did a full breakfast a couple of days and the skillets were quite large and hard to get them all on the burners at the same time. Not a huge deal though. The pool and patio area were an absolute oasis! We spent a lot of time in this area, especially in the evening. The pool was well kept, there is ample sitting areas, and the ping pong table was a nice addition on a rainy afternoon. Gina provides a nice variety of beach and fishing supplies. The one thing that surprised us was the traffic on 41, especially during the work week. Of course, this has no negatives on this property, just a heads up. It was our first time in Naples and we were surprised by the U turns and the amount of traffic. This bothered us more when we just quickly wanted to run to the store to grab a few items. If we were headed to the beach or other sight seeing places it wasn't bad to get on and go with the flow of traffic. Overall, getting around the area was quite easy! I cannot recommend this property highly enough!!! You won't be disappointed! Thank you so much Gina sharing your lovely house and pool with us!

Overall I would rate this a 3.5 stars out of 5. The good: Location is great, close to beaches, kayaking, shopping. The street is quiet and seemed very safe. Good communication as far as attentive from owner, The not so good: The place was not as updated as we had hoped. The furniture (couches/coffee tables, end tables), blinds in the bedrooms (not functional), patio furniture ect all could use an updating. The owner is kind but there there needs to be more concern about the function of the use of the rental for the guests. The water pressure was so low in the master that we had to use the guest bathroom to brush our teeth, ect. The lights are very dim in the master and main sitting room. The wifi is very slow and unreliable. A few honest things to mention. Also a big minus was after the hurricane the property landscape was damaged. We were concerned if this would be sodded when we went down for the entire month and had asked prior. We were told the back would indeed have sod. Only after we drove down from Michigan and had already paid, we saw there was no sod and were not told prior. So in the backyard for the month we had sandy ground only. We think we should of been told this before arriving. On the other items we did tell the owner some of this and she seemed receptive. As far if changes will be made, unsure. Overall North Naples is a great place and this location was very good so it is up to the guest as far as expectations, this is my honest review!

My booking was smooth & Gina answered my questions quickly. When we arrived at the home we were impressed by the location & cleanliness. On our 2nd day there Gina passed by the house & saw our kids playing in garage. I didn't include the kids during my booking, which was my mistake. She expressed her concern & I explained to her that 2 of the kids would be leaving that day as my sister in law was just spending the day with us. The other 3 kids (2 of which are babies) would stay the duration of our time. She messaged me that afternoon & asked me if I would help with the cleaning before we checked out because the add'l children meant more cleaning/laundry for the maid. I agreed & was happy to do so; I thought all was well. Before checkout, my mother in law & I cleaned all 3 bedrooms, vacuumed, & did all the laundry (there was still a load drying when we left). We cleaned the entire kitchen & left the home spotless. Gina messaged me that afternoon that she appreciated the head-start we gave the maid. She asked about 2 missing beanbags but they were found later. Shortly after, I received another message from Gina stating that I would NOT be receiving the deposit bc of the children. I immediately called Gina, bc this came to me as a complete surprise! I was under the impression that she wanted us to help w/ cleaning as a solution. On the phone she changed her reasoning and said that there were stains on a bedspread & mattress cover?? There is no way for me to prove that those were not there before because I didn't photograph every inch of the house. It is her word against mine, but I find it unfair that she is saying these things without proof that they were not there before. Regardless, I paid for CSA protection insurance through Homeaway for any damages. Those things can be covered if she wishes to file a claim. I'm in the process of working with Homeaway & my credit card company to get my refund back but it has been a very stressful situation. I was bothered that there were surprise fees along the way. You have to pay a daily rate for the pool heat, which was not stated before booking. There is a note that says you have to run the dishwasher before leaving & then put all the dishes back in their place or risk having money deducted from the deposit. Mind you we already paid the cleaning fee! It feels deceiving to have surprises when you get home from vacation. The stress isn't worth it. I'd rather go somewhere else & have peace of mind!
