"A great stop for one night! Close to Montreal, quiet neighborhood, and a convenient place to rest on our way to Halifax. Clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed."

The hotel was very clean and the personnel very friendly and accommodating. This hotel used to be the "Gouverneur," and is the nicest in the city and at a very affordable cost. We stayed during a visit to my sisters who reside in town, and know the area well as I come from Montreal and summered about 24 kms. south of here. The city has everything you could want including nice malls and great restaurants.
A Keurig coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.
Our only complaint would be that one...

All good, no compliants. Just FYI this location does not have an elevator in case you have heavy luggage's that need to be hauled to your second floor room.

When is the most affordable time to visit Napierville?
The most affordable time to visit Napierville, Quebec, is generally during the shoulder seasons—late spring (May to early June) and early autumn (September to October). During these months, the peak summer tourist crowds have either not yet arrived or have already departed, leading to lower prices for accommodation and potentially better deals on activities.
For solo travellers, these periods offer a more relaxed atmosphere, making it easier to find budget-friendly guesthouses or small inns that might be fully booked or more expensive in July and August. The weather is still pleasant enough for exploring the outdoors, such as walking along the Richelieu River or visiting local farms, without the intense heat of summer.
Couples looking for a quiet getaway will find these times particularly appealing. Many local events and festivals, while fewer than in peak summer, still take place, often with more accessible pricing.
