"I have now stayed here 3 times, and generally, it's my favourite place to stay in downtown montreal. The rooms are gorgeous and the location is perfect for me. The only thing that's a bit frustrating is on 2 occasions, I had to wait 5-10 minutes to find a front desk person to check me in/out."

"Hotel does not offer room cleaning unless requested. Water pressure on the top floors is so bad I couldn't wash my hair all week. Electronic keys didn't work...I had to get the card changed 4x in one week. Otherwise all satisfactory for a business week. FYI, there also only one elevator to service ..."
