"Convenient hotel near McGill University"
My flight was delayed until 2AM, so I called Hotel Ambrose if I could still check in after regular check in time. The staff was very friendly and kindly told me someone would help me check in when I arrived.

"Amazing renovations! "
Wow! I've stayed at this hotel for years because of it's convenience to shops/restaurants on St. Catherine St. and the Bell Center and it's always been just ok with a great price. Well, they've recently renovated and it's really, really nice with the same price! Hardwood floors in the rooms, very comfortable beds, lots of space, a fridge in each room - I highly recommend this hotel - you will NOT be disappointed!

"Amazing weekend stay at Pierre du Calvet!"
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Pierre du Calvet for a romantic weekend in November 2015. This is a tucked away gem in the heart of Old Port. We loved the fireplaces all over the hotel as well as the parrots. It felt like we were staying with a French Family in their old authentic an Old Port experience as we could have hoped for. The full breakfast that was included with the room was delicious, especially the cheese omolettes and the waffles with maple of the better hotel breakfasts I have ever had. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us, especially Philemon (I hope I have spelled it right?!) at the front desk. It was hard to leave on Sunday afternoon!

"East coasters in old Montreal - 10/10"
LHotel was one of the most accommodating places I have been too. From the initial front desk greet, to every time passing by answering every question we had along the way. I unfortunately didn't catch any of the ladies names at the desk but a big shout out to all of them for creating such a great experience. Our bartender at the hotel bar, Oliver was fantastic and very knowledgable about the history of the hotel and Montreal in general.. Really enjoyed his company while enjoying a beverage or 2 at the bar! I will be highly recommending this hotel to my friends and will most definitely be back!

"Felt like home."
Hotel was updated and very clean. Overall staff was wonderful. Concierges could have been more prepared. When asked what to do, they did a google search. They should have already known what was going on in the city that day. Rooms were very large and bathrooms were to die for, shower was the best I had. I would recommend getting new mattresses though. A little hard and concave where people sleep. Overall wonderful experience, after touring each day we would refer to it as ":going home".

"Great hotel in old town"
I stayed in the Nelligan while on business in Montreal and wanted to stay somewhere with a bit of interest. The hotel is situated in an interesting part of the old town with lots of great attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was large and comfortable. The only downside was my room faced on to the alley behind the hotel and it got very noisy in the early morning when the garbage truck came through, this is the only thing I would fault during my stay, otherwise it is a great little boutique hotel in the old town.
