"The room was nice and comfortable, the hotel inside needs an upgrade and a bit more maintenance and cleanliness. But overall a pleasant and comfortable stay."

"Very run down. Shower was the worst part. No water pressure and half of the water still comes out the bottom. No hot tub which was disappointing "

"Worst place to try and stay. Room was filthy, ac unit was filthy and was broken. Floors were all dirty and had several cracks on the walls and floors. The refrigerator still had a mess on it. Sheets had some stains on it as well. Big safety concern, there was a massive gap underneath the door. You were able to see clearly under. My partner and I requested a room change due to all these issues. Property manager was not willing to help with the room change. He then proceeded to escalate the situation and cuss and yell at us after we had requested for a refund or partial. He then proceeded to try and grab me during this altercation. After some time, he finally issued a “partial refund”. After I had left the property, I checked my bank account and saw a pending charge waiting to be taken out of my account. This morning I checked my bank account again and there were now 2 pending charges of the amount he claimed he refunded back to my account. I will be contacting my bank and further escalate this issue. Absolutely Poor customer service."

"When checking in the staff told me that the room I reserved and paid for (King size bed) is not available and told me that they only have a room with two full/queen size bed. Will not be returning here since they cannot keep the room I have paid for. "

"It was almost ok for the price. Staff was nice. Toilet wasn’t connected to the floor, shower floor extremely slippery, door barely closed I am sure it’s been kicked in before. The bed was comfy but so many stains everywhere in the room "
