For the price, this hotel is incredible. Well maintained, friendly staff, easy access to all Southern California has to offer. Will stay again when in the area.

Very unpleasant experience. As I was checking out. Approximately 15 minutes behind check out schedule. Yet, I received three different knocks @door, from three different individuals. Assuming the last person was a manager of housekeeping. To be bombarded with people at the door every five minutes. When I come to this hotel, it’s out of pure convenience, cleanliness and price is competitive to my exclusive favorites, such as the Westin. This was on my listed as favorite for lower end price hotels. However, if this happens again, I certainly will not be back again. There certainly needs a better protocol for check out, Especially for those guest that have come there throughout the year periodically.
