I often don't leave reviews for stays but this hotel was actually really amazing. Everyone is happy and eager to help. I couldn't really find a single flaw about this hotel and its services. Looking forward to staying at bigger rooms in the future!

Clean. Comfortable. Great location.

My son and I were “stuck” in NYC for 2 nights due to the global internet fiasco. With literally no reasonably priced rooms with more than 1 bed, I used filters to drill down and found Pod. What a cool place!!! The location could not be better for the walking tourist, and the concept is genius. What a fantastic use of space and a focus on cleanliness. If I ever find myself in NYC, I won’t be looking for a place to stay, I’ll be staying at Pod.

This hotel was perfectly located for the activities we planned, broadway show and bball game at Madison Square Gardens. Also close to 34th street shopping. Would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, calm & upscale atmosphere, GREAT FOOD!!

Nice hotel very well situated

Easily walkable to/from Penn Station, Times Square etc. Staff were great, friendly and always willing to help. My only minor issue was the hotel is on a street that did not LOOK all that safe, it was dark and had some sketchy looking individuals. However I do want to stress that at no point was I worried something might occur, just be aware that it appears to look scarier than it is. We are spending another night in NYC after our cruise and I was hoping to stay here again, but unfortunately...

We really enjoyed staying at Made Top positives: 1. Room was comfortable and felt fun and simple, yet luxurious 2. Solid choice

This is a very cool location. Staff are all so attentive and the rooms are super clean and cozy with nicely sized bathrooms. Stayed in a room with two double beds for me and my teenage daughter and it was perfect. Close to Soho and Chelsea for shopping and subway stops all around for everything else. Can't go wrong with Broadway Plaza Hotel

Excellent location in Soho. Tucked in between Broadway and Canal st. Close to China Town and Brooklyn Bridge. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, our room was spotless, with a super comfortable bed and a nice hot shower with excellent water pressure. Breakfast included was a lovely bonus. We would return 100%
