"This was probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. That says a lot, as we usually stay in a Radisson or Hyatt or Best Western Plus. Only thing we really missed was a coffee machine in room."

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and my girls loved the breakfast and the waterslide. The lack of gluten free options and no late check out, would be our only complaint. More disappointment than a complaint. We loved the hotel and would certainly return. I know the employee at check in was fantastic. He was accommodating and quick for an extra blanket and a missing do not disturb sign. He was friendly and kind about it. Not at all inconvenienced or annoyed. Just a desire to make our stay better. It’s small things but we’ve stayed in many hotels the last several months due to our circumstances and some hotels were not as willing to be accommodating or kind for extra towels or a blanket. So I appreciated not only the extra blanket but his demeanor and tone when I asked. "
