Great hotel with pet friendly, clean rooms and friendly staff. We stay here all the time for business. Our only complaint ever is that I have a disability that requires a bit longer of a morning routine than a normal 11am checkout time will allow for so we always request a 12pm checkout which is always fine. The problem comes around 11:15am. Without fail, we receive either a knock on the door or a phone call letting us know we are past checkout. Guys. Please. Communicate with your staff so we can have our showers and get ready to leave in peace. We always communicate with you and give you plenty of days or even weeks worth of notice of our late checkout needs. This has happened at least 10 times now and we have brought it up the last 7 at least. We have even had cleaning staff walk in on us while we were dressing!!! Please have the courtesy to leave us in peace to get ready and not scare our pets as we try to load them up to leave. This is unacceptable

Building was clean, but noise carries and our neighbours across the hall were really enjoying themselves the first night. There was no shampoo/conditioner provided requiring a trip to the store, and the bed wasn't very comfortable but that's likely personal preference. Overall, for a hotel last minute during Stampede week it was okay but not likely to stay there again.
