The breakfast area was chaos the hallway carpets were filthy for a newer hotel. The pool area hosted private swimming lessons but the slide was good for kids. The family suite rooms are big and clean.

The hotel is in needing maintenance. The AC in our room was making a rattling noise so we called the front desk for maintenance to come up. The young man came to the room and said “ ya, that’s what they sound like” and left. We went to the front desk and asked to move rooms which they accommodated. When we got to the other room, the maintenance staff was right. The AC in that room made the same noise. The cabinet doors where the fridge was almost fell off in my hand when I opened it as well.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They were able accomodate our preferences for either staying on the ground floor or the first floor due to one our kids having a heart condition and unable to regulate their temperature well. The pool was really good for temperature wise, and the got tub as well. The continental breakfast had a good selection, but very limited seating. The only thing we did not like was the mattresses and pillows. We thought they were either really hard and lumpy or too soft and lumpy, so it made sleeping quite difficult.

This should be called the toddler hotel. They are everywhere and people extended their rooms into the hallway. Kids running, in the halls, parents socializing outside our door. Of course this is not the hotels fault, perhaps there should be a code of conduct. The room was lovely, clean and cool and we even had a view of the pond. I like to stay here because it is close to relatives and easy to get to. I also like the pool, but we did not use it this time. Because, toddlers

We stayed in a family suite with one king (separate bedroom) and two queen beds (main room). It was spotless and spacious, however the a/c was so loud and rattly in both of our rooms that nobody slept. I'd love to recommend it, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again simply for that reason alone.

Did not like the barking dog in the room across the hall that barked for hours - they had to call the owner to come back - but he was at Stampede and took forever - was very annoying - and want a credit for the costas I could not sleep

They accommodated annearly check in when the weather caused issues for our plans to go to the zoo. Kids got 2 hours in the pool witb no one else there. They had a variety of choices for cintinental breakfast before we left the next day as well. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel was nice and modern. The sheets were dirty and so were the towels. We asked the front desk to get housekeeping to change the sheets and replace the towels with clean ones as we were staying for multiple nights and they never did. We ended up grabbing our own sheet and towels and changing them ourselves.
