"The process was so easy! The host answered all our questions and the farmhouse exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and we got amazing sleep. The area was beautiful and it was an easy drive to the state park. We didn't want to leave! We finally got the quiet relaxing getaway that we needed. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Richie and Shannon for having us!"

"I only had a one night stay, because my son had a mountain bike race at a local park. We arrived at the location at 9:30pm the night before and left the next morning at 6:30am. But it was very clean and had a homie feeling. I wish we had longer to stay."

"The property was amazing. The hosts were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed a weekend away exploring the finger lakes . The amenities were plenty and the cottage interior were perfect. It was clean and decorated beautifully. We really enjoyed the tranquil deck surrounded by nature. While the property it’s self is serine and quiet there is so much to do within the area including many local restaurants and breweries. We can’t wait to come back...

"Stayed for three days. All liked it. The house has everything for living. There is heating and air conditioning. On the balcony in the morning we drank coffee and listened to the birds singing. There are many of them here. There are beautiful parks with waterfalls nearby. Recommended."

"Overall we liked the house and the amenities of the kitchen. The back deck looked so inviting but unfortunately our weather didnot cooperate. The way the blow dryer was hung in the bathroom was not great and needs improvement. The strong incense in the living and bedroom was a little overpowering and I felt we were at grandma’s house. "The property was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The one bathroom is set up so that the bath/shower is semiprivate from the toilet and sink, so that's a plus. Easy walk to downtown cafe or church, and easy drive to Rochester. Great value. "My husband and I had a lovely stay here for our anniversary! The cottage was cute and cozy and perfect for what we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and sweet, the room was clean and well kept, the location was beautiful, and overall an ideal place for us! We would happily go back and stay again!"

"The loft was amazing! We were in town for a Family Reunion of sorts and this place was perfect for my family. Six adults and two teenagers and we had so much room. Had some family over and still had room! Easy to walk anywhere in downtown Dansville. The host was easy to work with. I cannot recommend this property enough!"
