Clean room, friendly staff, Raul the balmain was very helpful and friendly. He gave us a lot of more information about the hotel we were staying at. My only complain is the shower have no doors. Other than that I would definitely be coming back.

Staff was awesome and helpful

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
