5/5 Excellent
"Great location, nice view of fuji-san, nice garden and trail at the back, nice breakfast with a lot of choice. The fact the rooms had some older furniture was fine since it was according to price. Easier control of hot water in the shower would be better."
"Amazing resort with beautiful view of Lake Ashi! Loved the kimono robes they give you to wear and the private onsen. We really enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast too! Make sure to reserve the free shuttle to and from the train station."

"We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles. Would definitely recommend as they went above and beyond. "
