« We couldn't turn the AC on the first night, it was regulated by the staff from some other location, second it didn't work properly, they had a fan which wasn't great, but it was something,The room was ok, but a bit quirky. they had a ton of rules, and things not to do. As a whole it was very disappointing. »

I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online.
In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess
