Property and room is very clean, well maintained and friendly. The reason i booked this hotel was for the pool. No mention at all, even at check in, that the pool is closed. Had to walk to the pool, and on the door a cheap, ripped paper sign that the pool and hot tub were closed.

My boyfriend, small dog and I stayed here last minute when exploring hiking options in the Catskills. We stayed one night, they only had a studio available and I did not complain. The room was clean, the staff was so kind and helpful about the area! I always read reviews when booking a hotel. The price was high for a Saturday night last minute trip as expected. We had no complaints. they had an area between the other hotel to run our dog. The breakfast was good. Would book again if I have some jingle in my pocket. Their pet fee was lower than most in the area. Did not utilize any amenities in the hotel to comment on.

Going to a hotel with a hot tub after a day of snowboarding was a highlight of my day. But when we got there, turned out that water in the hot tub was freezing cold … that made me so sad! Surprisingly water in the pool was hotter then a hot tub. Unfortunately after we were done swimming, there was no clean towels. We had to go upstairs to our room soaking wet and cold…

Room was not ready on arrival although Expedia clearly says check in is at 3pm. Had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes, and then a room change due to our room still not being ready. Room not very clean. Hair in the showers. Stains on the floor. Hot tub does not work. Alerted staff and did not fix issue. Cold hot tub. Warmer pool

The hotel was great, breakfast was also nice to have. the really bad part is that there is no bathroom near the pool and hot tub area and people if i can call those people humans what they did was they peed there near the pool. How? it smelled sooooo bad. Like it didn't happen once. There was a group of young kids i figure they did it because when we came in they left right away.

Very Spacious rooms and parking. We were moving and there was no problem parking our truck with a uhaul trailer. The area around had plenty of shopping and dining options. Easy access to route 28
