Everything was excellent about this property, with exception of slightly below average staff Grace and warmth. This was NOT the most extraordinary Holiday Inn Express at which I have stayed, but the overall excellence, uniformity and thoughtfulness of the appointments, from lobby to elevators to hallway lighting to bathrooms, fixtures, furnishings and window treatments seems to be a hallmark. I was wowed by the work space desk lamp!! Bravo!!

Great place. Wifi wasn't working for some reason but the front-desk was more than happy to spend a lot of time trying to help me figure that out. Great place. Will stay again.

Property, staff and cleanliness was amazing. Continental breakfast was great!!! However when checked in they said inky 4 more check ins so the hotel will be quiet. About an hour later we hear running, jumping above us. Lasted until almost midnight. They should spread out guest when it is not busy. It was so ridiculous.

The best place we have stayed in the area and we have been to 5 or 6 hotels. Clean, updated, and the staff is incredible. Polite, professional, upbeat, engaging. Breakfast is 5 star for us as a family. Won't stay anywhere else when we're in the area from now on.
