« Nous avons séjourné dans une "suite supérieure", en fait un deux pièces de 45 m² décloisonné chambre / séjour, donnant directement sur une des places principales de Maastricht, le Vrijthof. On voit même par la fenêtre une partie de la basilique St Servais, le monument iconique de la ville ! Depuis l'hôtel, on peut tout visiter à pied. Parmi les points positifs de la chambre : beaucoup d'espace, une belle hauteur de plafond, un lit très grand et confortable, un double vitrage et une...

"L’hôtel est difficile à trouver et situé dans une zone sans intérêt, loin de tout. La climatisation était mal réglée. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal. J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner. Pour le dîner , le service au restaurant était de mauvaise qualité : on a été obligés de demander qu’on nous apporte la carte La nourriture était médiocre . On est partis un jour plus tôt . Le séjour m’a coûté cher. Établissement à éviter à tout prix "
