Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and newer decor. Close to Maastricht train station and an easy 10 min walk to the town historical center. Hôtel checkin is in the bar/restaurant on main floor and quite easy. Short walk from train station. Staff was very helpful. Derek was particular friendly. Stored our bags in the room b4 check in. No elevator, so stairs to climb, hence they offered to bring bags up or down. The cleaning was good and the staff were nice.
