We arrived at 2:30 for a 3pm check in, were told that the unit would be available at 3 and sat around until 4:30 waiting. We were constantly told for 2 hours that it was almost ready. We had planned to let the kids use the pool for a bit and had restaurant reservations at 5\. By the time we got into the unit we could not use the pool, shower or get refreshed for dinner before our show. No compensation was offered outside of a late check out. They offered a car to take us to dinner, which we accepted, and then got charged for. The unit was very nice, but the experience would not bring me back."
