Residential villa in an exclusive, quiet and new area in Mazatlan, just two blocks from the sea, fully equipped for long stays, has three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with ceiling fan, has a blender, coffee maker, dishes , stove, refrigerator, two full bathrooms, one half bathroom, the house has two patios, both with gardens, all services are included (internet, water, electricity, gas), the rooms have a closet and one of them weights, the division is surrounded by beautiful gardens and a pool with a huge palapa with grills and a covered area with a shower bathroom, do not forget to live this beautiful experience and beautiful sunsets.  
  
Excelente ubicación, a dos cuadras del mar, en la zona exclusiva de Cerritos, cuenta con estacionamiento, así como video vigilancia 24 horas y caseta de vigilancia un lugar muy seguro para motos y vehículos clásicos
