"It was our first stay at this hotel and we were very impressed. It’s in a good central area with lots to do nearby. Great staff- friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Lovely bar and restaurant and interesting features including a billiards room and nice seating areas. The breakfast is served in the restaurant and is à la carte rather than buffet which is really nice. Will definitely stay here again. "

"This is what I call a proper London hotel - it has everything you need. A great bar & restaurant, a coffee shop/snack bar, a convenience shop and a concierge and all in a fantastic location! Despite the hotel being almost fully booked, we were offered an upgrade to a larger room which was greatly appreciated. The room was huge with a bath and a shower plus a great range in the complimentary room service fridge. My only negative comments are that the lifts are very slow and it’s a bit of a scrum when everyone returns at the same time and that some areas are looking little tired - but overall we had a great couple of nights and would definitely look at booking again next time we are in London! "
