Great experience

Beautiful facility! Very nice, comfortable rooms. Great location close to amenities. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Breakfast had a good selection

This hotel is great. Convenient to the airport and easy access to the rest of Saskatoon. It is clean the staff are very polite and extremely helpful. The free buffet breakfast was an added bonus. The rooms themselves are clean and bright and we didn’t hear other guests during our stay.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable but the rest was great!

One of the staff is rude to us. When my wife asked for a toothbrush ( 5pcs ) one of the staff gave our request with attitude.

My first time staying at this hotel and it was excellent. I’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.

Very comfortable and located very close to everything we needed. Two thumbs up!

The guy who checked us in was so incredibly friendly and kind to my kids. The kids loved the pool, breakfast was fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place

The room was amazing, especially when travelling with little ones. It had a big kitchen sink to was bottles in, a full sized fridge, dishes, cutlery, and a microwave. It was so cozy and comfortable. It...

Full Kitchen inside the room was awesome. A hot jet tub beside the pool would have been perfect. Overall it was great. Would come back next time.

10 out of 10. Everything was luxurious in our suite, and the food was delicious. As two celiacs, we had every confidence in the meals we ordered, as the servers took our dietary restrictions very seriously. Can't wait to go back to the James Hotel.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we loved it! It was very clean, the beds and bedding were so comfortable, the additional sink was very handy, and having no carpet in the room was the best! It was fantastic having a microwave, fridge and safe in the room. The shower was really spacious and the shower head was enjoyable. There were a lot of lighting options so it didn’t feel like your typical couple of lamps hotel room. The windows even opened- score! When we checked in, the...
