"I think Expedia should remove its representation of this property. We had a three night stay, and the toilet stopped working on the first night and remained unfixed until late the evening of the third night. When we called for the second request to send up maintenance, we were told to come down to the front desk to discuss. They said they were unable to fix it for the second night. We asked what we should do, and they said to go buy a plunger ourselves. They gave us the key to a different room (it was now past midnight), we packed all of our stuff, and upon entering the second room, we found it stifling hot and very, very dirty (like a broom or vacuum had not been used in weeks). We spent another night in our original room with no working toilet. This property is just waiting to be condemned. Stay away."
