"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. However, I was lied to by one of th front desk assistants about parking. The room was too cool and I could not change the temperature. The hotels does not have a microwave which was highly inconvenient. I was on the 25th floor and had to the bottom floor to use the communal microwaves. The parking lot was not attached to an elevator. So I had to walk with my luggage up two flights of steps and down a long hallway before getting to an elevator. I am glad I was able to walk. What would happen if someone was disabled? I would NOT stay there again."

"Pool was closed (which was the only reason we booked at this specific hotel) due to no lifeguard on duty. Disappointing. "

"Everything was clean and comfortable. The desk staff were very helpful and kind. Only complaint was that every time the cleaning staff were on my floor, they spoke very loud and had long conversations. "

"Great location, in very safe area, and only 5 minutes from Springfield Mall, "Whole Foods" and lots of other fine stores, and the Franconia-Springfield Metro station. Gives easy access to Arlington and Washingto, DC. Internet speed is particularly high for a lodging. "

"Stay was great. Easy check in. Everything in room functional. Only complaint is some of the surfaces in the room seemed dirty like the dresser in between the bed and the desk and lamp which I tried to remedy with Lysol. One of the sheets on the bed was also stained. "

"Location is top notch, literally 20 feet to King St and all of the shops. Front desk staff was wonderful, especially Sophia. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay there again. "
