« This was a great choice. The house is beautifully laid out and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything was spotless clean. The location is convenient to everything and only a short ride to Salem. Ours was a girls weekend in Salem for a 50th birthday. Our wonderful hosts Noreen & Jeff acknowledged the birthday celebration with a bottle of prosecco and snacks. Noreen was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We will try to get back here again. I definitely...

« Our family was in town for a college graduation. The property was in a great location, close to the Beverly train station, shops, and restaurants. The home was clean and included the amenities our family needed for our stay. Our host, Rachel, was available for any questions we had along the way. Communications provided on check-in, details about the home, near by dining and attractions, check-out, etc were well done and very helpful. Overall, this was a neat experience to stay in a home...

« This was the favorite house of our 11 day vacation in 4 different VRBO rentals. The location was perfect. The house was clean with comfortable beds. The rental process, check in and check out was all handled well with the app they supply after booking. Parking was easy with the private driveway which is a big deal in downtown Salem. I would definitely stay at this location again. 2 out of 3 kids rated Salem as the best leg of our vacation. »

« Location was good. House was from the 1900. There was charm to it, but doors were literally were falling off hinges. This property could use a face lift. Rugs were nailed to older carpet. Very spacious and stocked with kitchen items. There was a mouse in the kitchen. I understand sometimes it’s out of the owners control. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I would not stay at this property again, especially since they “double” charged me for the stay. It took days and multiple attempts to connect...
