"Efficient and kind staff at check-in, and the room was immaculate. What prompted me to post a review was our time at the pool. It was busy and plenty of kids were zipping around wildly while most parents were absorbed in their phones. I became concerned when a large group of teens went down the water slide together in a jumble. I didn’t want to intervene, but thought I might have to as I was genuinely concerned about the slide’s weight limits. Before the teens had reached the bottom of the slide, a staff member appeared to give them a polite but firm warning. I can’t imagine his job is easy, kids want to have fun and some parents react poorly when a stranger steps into their role! I later noticed the same staff member standing unobtrusively to one side watching the pool area. I appreciated his discernment in allowing the chaos but knowing when to draw the line."

"Service was great, from getting picked up at the airport to check-in and breakfast which is a very nice spread. We were on the 4th floor last time and was great, this time we were on the 2nd floor and were woken up at 5:30 with someone talking. Next door or where I'm not sure but lasted until breakfast was open. "

"The bed was very comfortable, location is great. We walked to The Forks as it was only a 15 minute walk right along the river. The only negative is the limited parking, however there is street parking available, but the spots are tough to get"
