"As we are an older couple we choose pool view room assuming that it would be ground floor. We did have pool view but it was a second floor room and there is no elevator. That was a bit of a challenge with the stairs. next time I will request ground floor for mobility reasons. Thank you"

"We stayed for 3 days arriving on Monday and leaving on Wednesday morning. Anyone we met was very helpful. The one thing that we did notice was the steps leading upstairs to the rooms could have been swept off and some of the stones were loose or even missing. The pool was closed (not that we use a pool) some of the time. But the breakfast was good and our room was good with the mini fridge etc. We would stay there again if we come to Gananoque."
