Very convenient to do a walk to Fisherman's Wharf and also a couple of restaurants we wanted to try.....very clean and well kept....LOVED the balcony and the quiet area, being able to hear the horse carriages come down the street and they went the extra mile by putting fans in the rooms.....an unexpected gem

There were limited staff on hand. We left our luggage before check in time. We were given a key to the front door. When we returned at 6 pm the lobby was empty. We had to shout to get someone to attend to us. We eventually got taken to a room in the attic. Being 6 ft 5 in the sloping roof made it uncomfortable. In good accommodation they see my height and put me in a room with suitable ceilings. There was no info on how to log into the Wi-Fi The hotel interior looks grand and the breakfast was good
