"The floor in our room was so dirty that the bottoms of my feet were brown after walking barefoot around the room. The floor was dirty to the point that when I was ironing my work shirt the sleeve had brown marks on it from hitting the floor. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges and we had to call the front desk to get it fixed. They came to fix it as we were trying to get ready for our event resulting in not being able to utilize the shower/bathroom leading to us being late for the event. "

"The door to the bathroom didn’t close, the door to the room was difficult to open, and I paid for transportation from this hotel to Disney because they said the shuttle didn’t go there. Come to find out I wasted $55 on Mears because the hotels shuttle offered us a complimentary trip to wherever we needed to go!! What a bummer. The accommodations were nice enough and it’s near a lot. The pools and playground were a nice touch. Food options on resort were okay. "

"I enjoyed the water portion to the hotel but the rooms were not what I expected , due to renovations there was a horrible paint smell , they only had one elevator working so to get on / off the hotel it would take 10 min every time. We did end up calling the front desk to see if we could get a different room bc the smell was so bad we were getting headaches and we did have a toddler with us, they did end up getting us a different room which was good I guess."
