"ants in the room, i woke up with them crawling all over my stuff on the desk and in my bed"

"I requested for my room to be cleaned and when I returned it was not done. I did not feel that the front desk went above and beyond to address the matter. Simply offered towel and garbage bags. The breakfast options were ok but inconsistent in what they offered but the staff were friendly and provided good service. The bar was poor. "

"The property and rooms were fairly clean. ( Dust in the bathroom corners) The rooms were spacious. We booked 2 suites at the same time and one they gave us was very spacious with a separate living area, table, and large bathroom. The other had a very small bathroom with the sink outside the bathroom but was still roomy with space enough for the king-size bed as well as fold out couch. The sofa bed did not come with sheets and it took two trips back down to the front desk to get some. When I requested blankets for the sofa beds as well, they said they were out of blankets. Thankfully, the kids made due with just a sheet."

"Breakfast was terrible. No variety, no options for people on a diet restriction, and barely any healthy food. Even plates were limited. Sad to see since the restaurant area is so big. Quite disappointing. The good thing about this property was the staff, especially Cam, the bellboy, who was cheerful and made guests' days better."
