"Elevators are horrible, outdated, old and one of the two guest elevators didn't work for two days of my stay . No ability to buy water or anything else at the hotel, if you want water you need to go to the second floor with your own bottle to refill from a water machine. Having to pay a Destination Fee for lousey internet was a rip off. Yes you get two drink coupons with it but that isn't as important as having good internet which there's isn't. Only because it was located in an area I needed to be wouls I stay there again."

"Excellent location. Rooms very small!! Lifts can be a bit frustrating. Amazing smell every time you walk into reception. Restaurant was amazing. Would recommend, just wish there was space to unpack. Although we were not in the room much. "

"The hotel has large rooms for NYC. They are clean and everything works well. It is an easy walk to many of New York's best attractions, including Bryant Park, Time Square and the Empire State building. The lobby market and bar are both good, with friendly staff."
