It was a safe warm place to stay if you have no place else. The neighborhood was very interesting with lots to places to eat and shop. It appeared safe so I won't knock it. I just really needed a place to stay due to a cancel flight and it was a short walk from the train station that took me back to the airport. The walk with a carry on luggage was very manageable and lots of food shops and restaurants between the hotel and train station.

Abhishek, the Manager gave us a five star service. He was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in everything. Will definitely recommend to stay in this centrally located hotel. Thanks Abhishek for all your help. It is very much appreciated. It was a pleasant stay indeed. However the carpet needs to be changed. It was pretty much worn out. The bathroom was clean and the 2nd floor room is highly recommended.

This place isn't for everybody, but I love it. It's just enough for me as a solo traveler and I enjoy the neighborhood. The staff has always been very helpful and accomodating, the rooms cleaned daily. No problems once you get the lay of the land, but cant recommend for the unadventurous or those with rarefied expectations. The price is right and it works for people that appreciate an experience at a good price.

A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!

Great convenient hotel.

Easy to find around 15 mins walk from the tube station, was staying the night before an early flight so just what I was looking for. Checking was fast and friendly, room nice and clean with everything you need. Great value for money and perfect for that was needed and will definitely be staying here again next time I have an early Heathrow flight. Wish I hadn't eaten prior as the street food availabe on the walk to the hotel looked lovely.
