« The instructions for checking in were poorly written and needed to be sent much sooner than they did. The floors were not clean and our feet got filthy walking on them. The place was very convenient for walking, but don't bring more than one vehicle, there is only one parking space available. We had to pay for offsite parking. You need to park in the loading zone in order to access the keys. »

« Location was great for what I was looking for in this visit to Manhattan Beach. And, given how difficult parking is in the area, the parking setup was better than I could have expected. This reduced my stress during a very busy visit. »

« Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values. »

« The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place »

« Wonderful stay. E!asy acess to eatries, and downtown Santa Monica. Large open floor plan. Quiet area and neighborhood. Geat neighborhood to walk around in. Beautiful homes. We would look to stay there agin while in LA.Thansk for the oppotuniy. »

« This listing is a very nice, fairly spacious, model home type four bedroom, two bath condo that is clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach and two minute walk to dozens of top tier restaurants and stores! Definitely would recommend this to small groups that want to have a walkable staycation/vacation along the beach! »
